CSK Food Enrichment, developer and seller of innovative ingredients for the food sector, has reached a fifteen-year lease agreement for 3,000 m2 in Plus Ultra at Wageningen Campus. In this business complex, CSK will bundle its marketing, sales and R & D activities and expects to open the business in the first quarter of 2017.
CSK leases approximately 3,000m² for state-of-the-art laboratories, research rooms, workplaces and a trial plant. To reach this agreement, CSK was assisted by 3stone Real Estate and Roomer Remix.
The building is called ‘Plus Ultra’, which means “increasingly”, referring to the drive to keep innovating. Plus Ultra contains approximately 6,500 m2 of high-quality laboratories, cleanrooms, air conditioned rooms, multifunctional research spaces, techno-halls, conference rooms, presentation spaces, and offices. The users are starting, young and adult knowledge-intensive technology companies. With the arrival of CSK, the building is largely filled.
