The office building is located at the Stadhuisplein 10 in Eindhoven and has a total dimension of 11,100 m² lettable office space and 270 parking spaces on site. Under the management of Hiensch Engineering and Interim Bouwconsult the property has been redeveloped into a sustainable object with an improved energy label. The property is leased under a long-term lease contract to the Municipality of Eindhoven. The total investment is approx. € 30 mln.
