Commerz Real Investmentgesellschaft mbH (CRI) and tenant British American Tobacca Nederland B.V. have come to an agreement on a lease extension at office building Handelsplein in Amstelveen. BAT has signed a new long-term lease agreement for approx. 7.000 m² and 84 parking spaces including a 1.000m² expansion. BAT is at this moment the biggest tenant in the Handelsplein building.
