The Patient Temperature Management (PTM) division of The Surgical Company (TSC) will start using a new building of approximately 9,000 m2 in the Twente Noord business park in Almelo in the second half of this year.

TSC has signed an agreement with Next Level Development, which will realize the project on a plot of 20,000 m2 with a view to future expansion. TSC-PTM develops, produces and distributes specialized medical equipment worldwide aimed at preventing hypothermia and warming patients undergoing surgery.

Investments are being made in new automated production lines that are brought together under one roof in this new building with storage, distribution and quality control. The location will provide employment for production employees, warehouse operators and maintenance technicians. Recruitment for this will start in the coming months. The new building is being built on behalf of Next Level Development by construction company Systabo from Enschede. Construction has already started and is expected to be completed in October.

The advisors: on behalf of TSC are 3stone Real Estate (commercial), DENC (technical) and Lexence (legal).
