FrieslandCampina recently entered into a lease agreement with HSA (legal successor of EuroCommerce) for office building “Between”, located at the Smallepad 32 in Amersfoort. The office building “Between” contains a total area of 9,954 m² LFA (excluding the parking) and contains a 2-level underground parking garage.
3stone Real Estate acted on behalf of tenant. Unifore Real Estate is responsible for the asset-management for HSA.
