On behalf of one of its clients, Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance has sold the office complex Bolduc in Den Bosch to a fund of M7.
The complex consists of four buildings with a total floor area of 22,500 m². Tenants include Dassault Systèmes, Gazprom, Baker Tilly, KPN and Van Wijnen.
The complex was developed in the 1990s as the ‘office of the future’ and has been heavily modernized in recent years with a view to comfort and sustainability. In addition, the number of parking spaces has been expanded to more than 700 and Bolduc offers various facilities, such as Bolduc Café, a business center and meeting facilities in the immediate vicinity of the A2 and A59 motorways.
