3stone Real Estate Partners has advised Altera, acting on behalf of the Altera Retail Fund, on the sale of shopping centre Sint Jorisplein located in the city centre of Amersfoort. The transaction was formally signed during PROVADA, with Meerdervoort® acquiring the shopping centre and Orange Investment Managers acquiring the underground parking facility.
Sint Jorisplein is an urban shopping centre with a lettable floor area of approximately 16,700 square metres, comprising over thirty retail units. Tenants include both national and international brands such as H&M, The Sting, C&A, Mango, and Intertoys. The location serves as a key gateway to Amersfoort’s core retail area and is distinguished by the presence of larger retail units, which are scarce in the city centre.
The underground parking facility includes 448 parking spaces and is leased on a long-term basis to Q-Park Nederland. The garage is equipped with electric vehicle charging stations and plays a vital role in the inner-city mobility infrastructure. The investment volume for this transaction is approximately €63 million.
