As part of the transaction, 3stone’s tenant representation activities will be transferred to Flexas Group.

This strategic partnership combines the capabilities of two established firms to serve both occupiers and landlords in an increasingly flexible office market. Concurrently, Flexas is launching a dedicated landlord representation division focused on the exclusive leasing of office space on behalf of property owners and providers of flexible workspace solutions. Within this framework, Flexas will operate either as the exclusive leasing agent or as part of the landlord’s appointed brokerage team.
