About 3stone Real Estate

3stone Real Estate was founded in 2007 and is an allround real estate specialist Specialized in advising ‘corporates’ on leases, acquisition and sale of their commercial real estate. In doing so, 3stone Real Estate also acts on behalf of companies, foundations and public authorities. Furthermore, 3stone has ample experience in the ‘investor’ side of the commercial real estate market, for both national and international private investors.

3stone Real Estate may process personal data concerning you because you make use of 3stone Real Estate ’s services. 3stone Real Estate may process the following personal data:

Security

The personal data handled by 3stone Real Estate is protected with a password and two-step verification where possible.

This two-step verification consists of a code, which is generated by the software and sent to 3stone Real Estate . This code is then used during the login process by 3stone Real Estate ’s staff members.

Furthermore, your visit to our website is secured with an SSL Certificate. This means that your connection with the 3stone Real Estate website is private. You can recognize this protection by the green padlock in front of the URL.

Your rights

Right to inspection

You have the right to inspect the data concerning you recorded and stored by 3stone Real Estate at all times.

Right to rectification

If your data is not correct or has been changed, you have the right to have it rectified.

Right to transfer

Should you need the data stored by 3stone Real Estate in case you move to a different party or service, you have the right to transfer. 3stone Real Estate must then transfer all your data to the other party.
