A tangible example of this collaboration is the Nieuw Legmeer area development in Amstelveen. For Prosper Vitae, the largest landowner in the area, OMRT and 3stone analyzed the optimal layout for plots encompassing more than one thousand homes. Within just a few weeks, over twenty thousand plan alternatives were evaluated, covering aspects such as urban design, unit allocation, parking, sustainability, and financial performance. This created a robust foundation for decision-making in a very short timeframe.

The masterplan, which includes a total of four thousand homes, has since been approved by the municipality, marking a significant milestone for the city and its residents.
